Miller Sports renovated Thomas Jefferson University's strength training room with Mondo USA Sport-Impact cushioned inlaid lifting platforms over winter break. The inlays include the Jefferson University water jet cut logos and platforms in the school colors. In addition, Miler Sports converted the Jefferson University racquetball court into a functional turf training space using Combat Turf. The turf features inlaid agility dots and ladders with a water jet cut athletics logo.... Project details: * Installation of 18 single squash courts and first-ever blue North American hardball doubles courts ... * Mondo rubber flooring in all the aisles and commercial flooring Mondo USA * Turf and rubber flooring in the functional training center The Arlen Specter US Squash Center is the world's largest community squash center housed in the historic Pennsylvania State Armory building on Drexel University’s campus. The drill hall of the Armory building, where the 75,000 square foot Specter Center is now located, was home of the 103rd Brigade Engineer Battalion. This regiment traces its lineage back to the nation’s first national guard unit, The Associators, formed in 1747. The Specter Center will serve as the US Squash headquarters and will host the US Open Squash Championships every year, bringing together top competitors from around the world. Also, this center will serve as a community hub where all Philadelphia residents can learn to play the sport. #millersportsconstruction #sportsflooring
