Mindful Oil Moments

Transition seems to be the theme lately We are officially out of our first home. All of our belongings are in boxes stuffed in the basement & garage waiting to be sorted and placed. We are living in our office space until floors get installed this week & next. ... Sleeping on blow up mattresses all together in the space I normally meet with clients in. I know the best is yet to come, I have faith in this to the fullest. I know there is a plan in effect much greater than mine. I released the need to control all things and the result of crumbling when they don’t go as planned a couple years ago, however, this transition is bringing up a lot of emotions I’ve been stuffing for the last several months. Isn’t it interesting how a life change can bring up some seemingly unrelated & unresolved but still so very real feelings from your past? Time to heal again, before starting fresh in our new space. If you need me I’ll be: ~Applying ALL the oils ~Deep breathing ~Upping my chiropractic visits ~Meditating twice a day ~Getting outside for a minimum of 2 hours each day ~Drinking all the water ~Focus on nourishing foods to fuel my body ~Journaling while staying present through this healing transition I wish you peace and love during any transition you find yourself in right now.
