In celebration of Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month, UNC has partnered with University of Scranton World Languages and Cultures students and University of Scranton..., and The University of Scranton Office of Community Relations to profile some of the wonderful Hispanic/Latinx businesses in our Scranton community! This afternoon’s spotlight is Mi Ranchito Bakery and Colombian Restaurant on 395 Meridian Street in West Scranton!
