This structure took over a year in the planning and submittal phase, but Monarch Products was up to the challenge and helped design the pump station to Baltimore County’s strict tolerances. The setting location was so tight that it was determined that the base section would have to hang at a 37.5 degree angle just to be lowered into place. We effectively calculated and placed the lift points to achieve this goal. This was a very unique install today and a great job by everyone involved.

Ready to rock n’ roll

A great install today with East Hopewell and Shrewsbury Twp. From preliminary sketches, structural design, construction and installation our newest project engineer, Colby Stouffer, ensured everything came together perfectly. This was no easy task, especially as these are our heaviest culvert sections to date at over 60,000Lbs.

Monarch was featured in an article from the Pennsylvania Precaster's Association for a large custom outlet structure we produced last year. One section weighed over 30 tons and measured over 30 feet long.
