#PROGRESS: Our fire protection crews are making progress at the Allegheny Building in Downtown Pittsburgh. PMC Property Group is transforming the 19-story building into apartments, a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. TWICE AS NICE: Both our plumbing and fire protection divisions are working on this condominium project, Lawrenceville Lofts, in Pittsburgh’s historic Lawrenceville neighborhood. @franjo.construction is bringing 24 luxury condos to Butler Street. Our plumbing crews are currently installing the above ground plumbing roughs for the condominium bathrooms. Our fire protection crews installed a brand new wet sprinkler system in the building’s parking garage. Another wet sprinkler system will be installed throughout four floors of living space, as well as standpipe systems.

BIG HAUL: Take a look at the progress our excavating division is making at this 23 acre site in Saxonburg! . . Bayer Pharmaceuticals is building a 220,000 square-foot distribution facility. Our crews are currently performing all of the site work.

NEW HEADS: Our fire protection division dropped nearly 20 new sprinkler heads into a new cooler at Costco Wholesale in Robinson. Our team will be installing close to 20 more sprinkler heads at a later date. NEW CONSTRUCTION: The former McDonald’s in Duquesne, across from Kennywood, is seeing new life. The former building was demolished and a new one is being constructed. . .
