Montrose Chocolate and Wine Festival

Due to the COVID-19 situation and restrictions in place, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year's Chocolate and Wine Festival. The event requires a significant amount of time for planning and human resources, and under the current circumstances, sadly, it will not be feasible this year. Though we were not able to hold the festival this year, we want to express how grateful we are to all of this year's sponsors. Thank you to all of you for supporting the work that United Way of Susquehanna County is doing and helping to ensure that we can continue to respond to community needs.

Amid growing concerns of the spread of COVID-19 and taking into consideration the CDC’s recommendations for largely attended events, United Way of Susquehanna County staff and our Chocolate and Wine Festival Planning Committee members have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Chocolate and Wine Festival. The safety and well-being of our attendees, vendors, volunteers, and staff are our primary concern. Please save the date for the 13th Annual Chocolate and Wine ...Festival, Saturday, May 15, 2021! On a separate note, if you or someone you know are having non-medical issues regarding the effects of COVID-19, please contact 2-1-1. If your workplace is closed and you're concerned about food for your family, making ends meet or other issues you are facing, just dial 2-1-1 or (888) 829-1341. 2-1-1 is a 24/7 free hotline where you will be connected confidentiality to a trained caseworker. They provide information and referral service and first response point for crisis calls. 2-1-1 is a United Way of Susquehanna County funded program.
