Here are a few more progress pictures. New electrical panel installed, plumbing for the island, spray foam insulation, drywall and paint. Also installed a new roof before the snow arrived. Cabinets, flooring and trim to follow.

After removing the greenhouse we framed wood walls and a new roof.

Few before and after pictures. The old cedar deck boards and railings were in bad shape. We removed them and installed new treated rails, deck boards and stairs.
