National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods s...afer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances. This year on Tuesday August 7, 2018 @ 5:30pm to 8:30pm the Mount Carmel Borough Police Department in connection with the Mount Carmel Township Police Department and Kulpmont Police Department will be hosting our annual National Night Out at the Mount Carmel Area Recreation Complex which is located in the area of the Mount Carmel pool and little league complex.
