How are our kids coping in these uncertain times? This Kids Yoga class will give them a place to land. The practice is fun, deeply grounding, and filled with love. We focus on how we can do little things with big love. Class closes with a reading of the book Good People Everywhere by Lynea Gillen which beautifully illustrates the millions & millions of simple goodness people are engaging in all around the world. In My Heart Kids Yoga: Such a great Saturday morning of heart centered yoga fun! We looked at our feelings as if they were colors in our hearts. Some of our hearts felt yellow today and some felt purple and others felt pink or red. We saw an ever changing kaleidoscope of feelings that just want to be felt as they come & go. Movement, music, & friendly togetherness brought us to a real peaceful, content place inside our colorful hearts. Thank you dear yoga kids for sharing your hearts with us today!!! See you next time!
