!! It’s take a well oiled machine to serve 125 guests in under 20 minutes (19 minutes and 51 seconds to be exact). We come across a lot of couples who are worried about how quickly their guests will be served- wether plated meal or buffet. We’re concerned about that too! That’s why it’s all hands on deck until even the vendors are served!
