Company 7 recently cleared dumpster fire involving a Republic Services dumpster to the rear of All-Size Box and Packaging on Hempland Rd. Crews arrived to find a well off dumpster, extinguishing it quickly.

FF Millhouse and Chaplain Fannin from Company 7 joined students and staff from the Mountville Elementary School for their 1st Grade Picnic. The students got to look around on E7-2 and even flow some water with a hand line, just like the firefighters do! It was a fun time and we look forward to doing it again next year. **Happening Now** Vehicle Accident Mountville Borough. Main St and Manor St.

Attention Mountville Residents, on Monday May 17th, members of the Mountville Fire Company will be placing No Parking signs in the area surrounding the Mountville Pool in preparation of the Annual Mountville Days Carnival. Starting Wednesday May 19th at 0800 until Sunday May 23rd at 0800, the following areas will be posted as no parking; this is to avoid potential issues with the increased traffic due to the carnival. The areas that are affected: West Main Street between Stri...ckler Run Road and Pearl Street Both sides Strickler Run Road on the inside of the loop. Pearl Street both sides Ruby Street both sides Opal Ct. both sides Froelich Ave between S. Pearl Street and Fridy Street both sides of the road. We do apologize about this inconvenience in advance, but we are trying to eliminate or reduce the risk of an incident from occurring with the increased traffic flow in these areas. We are also urging people to use caution traveling Main Street during the event of the carnival, as we anticipate congestion. We have consulted with the West Hempfield Township Police Department and they support the no parking in these areas.
