To help women that may have experienced a traumatic first pregnancy with postpartum depression, women who may have fears about pregnancy in general, or anyone undergoing a surgery, Aubrey is collaborating with the owner of The Pilates Firm Las Vegas, Juliet, to bring you tips and Pilates exercises to prepare your body for a C-section or surgery.
