I’m burning with excitement to share that it’s time for s’more bale trail fun! There’s still time plenty of time to contact me if you’re in the area surrounding Mt. Pisgah County Park and want to join the trail.
With the Bale trail season approaching quickly I am asking for ideas to improve or expand the Mt. Pisgah Bale trail. I am also asking for those surrounding the Mt. Pisgah County Park area to contact me if they are interested in becoming part of the trail. A message on this page is the perfect way to get a hold of me with comments, suggestions and information! Thank you for all of your support.
Hello everyone! The Mt. Pisgah Bale trail was an idea brain stormed by my family, the Wilcox's. I, Courtney Wilcox, decided to start the project as an exploratory Supervised agriculture experience (SAE) FFA project. My junior year my father helped me communicate my idea with other farmers to see if there was any interest in joining the trail. With some interest the first bale sculptures were put up and became a complete hit to those passing by. The goal of the trail is to promote local agritourism and connect farming and non-farming communities. We hope to expand the trail in several ways in the future.
