Under the window seat to the right is a kick heater installed by my son who is an hvac technician and plumber. He needed to remove all of the baseboard along the cabinet wall and this unit produced the same heat output.

New saw upgrade. So this saw has a safety feature where if the blade is touched by fingers the blade will stop instantly. There is an aluminum electronic break that slams into the blade stoping it. Pretty cool!
