I recently completed and got certified in coursework for "Stop the Bleed." On site civilian tramua level responder training. Would you belive I had to go outside of Philadelphia!!.... As large of a city and county it is. Dang shame. This training was much more direct, and informative than standard First Aid, in fact I think it should be taught with or along side it anyway.
