Celebrating Pride Month!

DOG OF THE WEEK: THOR Thor has been in our care for nearly 6 months, as he was surrendered on his 1st birthday on 12/22/20! He is currently in a foster home... where he is thriving in a home setting and has received basic training. All he needs now is for a family to give him his forever Thor: 1 1/2 years old Labrador/Pitbull No young kids - teenagers a possibility Dog selective (preferably the only dog) No cats House trained Crate trained Leash trained Knows basic commands Protective at times (used to only living with a single human) Extremely intelligent LOVES to play fetch LOVES to be with his people From Thor’s Foster- Thor has been an absolutely pleasure to have with me this last month, to say he is my type of dog is understatement. He is super loyal yet has a drive to work & play, & he catches on very fast to new things. He is quite the snuggle bug and loves to get close to you and be loved on, and he enjoys playing fetch & going for his daily walks too. I even took him for his first hike this last weekend, which he absolutely LOVED. I really love this dog & as you can tell I treat him & speak of him like he’s mine, but 5 dogs long term is just too much to take on. I really hope whoever takes him can be in touch with me & listen to the advice I give them, as I just want him & his next family to be successful & happy!
