Attention Yogis that regularly attend my class: last week was my LAST regular virtual set of classes for Tuesday and Thursday. I will now be resuming my position at Forks Community Center on Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30-7:30 PM. If you are one of the yoga students that have been joining me virtually during this time, please send me a message if you would like to continue virtual classes. I would love to set up a weekly time with you. ... I have availability on Monday 9:30am-10:30am, 1:30PM to 2:30PM, and 6:30-7:30PM . Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday and Friday: 9:30am-10:30am, and 1:30-2:30PM. On the weekend I will be hosting my "teach me how to split" class. We do prep poses and work toward our final pose, modified split (until we can get all the way down) on Sunday, 9:30 AM. Thank you all so much for sharing your practice with me! I appreciate every single one of you <3.

I would like to offer (approx) 1 hour yoga classes via facebook messenger video chat. If you're interested in this, please post here or private message me a day and an hour time bracket( for example: 9:00 am to 10:00 am) that works for you. I do gentle level 1 yoga at the base and then I bump up or bring down the level depending on what the students needs at the time. Let me know, I am here for you.
