Unfortunately -- July 4th at Nanipops has been cancelled -- due to the arrival of COVID-19 in Shinglehouse as well as the impossibility of trying to serve every one through the Drive-Thru. But there is good news -- really good news! Dave's Diner (owned and operated by Scott and Julie Matthews) is in the process of adding ice cream. Not just any ice cream -- Perry's!!! Yes, Perry's soft serve custard! And they have graciously agreed to honor your Nanipops gift cards! Stay tuned. Construction at the Diner begins soon, so watch for the sign that says they are open for ice cream.

Open 1 day only just to have a chance to say good-bye. Soft Serve in cones and cups through Drive Thru only. Also, last chance to use gift cards. Saturday July 4th, from 2-8.

Nanipops Restaurant and Ice Cream Shop is FOR SALE. $150,000 firm. If not sold by the end of August, we will take it off the market and re-purpose the building. These 10 years flew by. We had hoped to have one more summer before telling you all good-bye, but it is not to be. We are so thankful for all the new friends made and unforgettable conversations that have happened here. If Ed and I were 20 years younger, we would continue -- but we have so little time left for all the other priorities in our lives. It is our hope that shop-or-no-shop, you will not be strangers!

For sanitation reasons, we will not open until the masks are gone. But we are soooooo ready!!! When you hear the masks are no longer mandated, you will find us opening. Stay tuned!!
