On this retro we went with a complete black out. The projectors are the retrofit sources FX-R bi xenons. For the old high beam location we put in an amber day time runner.

The last picture I posted was of a clear lens swap. There are a few Important reasons to swap in a clear lens. First, it looks better astatically just from the eye. Second, if doing a demon eye, it makes the color of the shield painting that much more visible, and finally the lens gives your cut off a nice crisp line and a nice blue above the cutoff. I would recommend a clear lens on any job I do. It is a cheap mod and out comes are well worth it.
