When the COVID-19 crisis hit Buffalo Center for Arts and Technology's (BCAT) region and data showed increases in depression and anxiety in youth, BCAT used the power of art to help their student’s cope. Puerto Rico Centro de Artes y Tecnología (Puerto Rico Center for Arts & Technology) has moved from the Feasibility Phase to the Planning Phase.
