We’ve been posting mostly about our flowers recently, but vegetable gardeners don’t fear! We have an entire greenhouse just for you! With 60 varieties of tomatoes, 30 varieties of peppers, and at least 50 other types of vegetable plants such as cucumbers, green beans, cabbage, lettuce, beets, celery, broccoli, etc, etc. we have something for everyone! Announcing the Indiana Outdoor School’s first public event of the year! Please join us at @motherearthfarm January 16th 1pm, for a lil playtime and open house. We are excited to share with you all that @indianaoutdoorschool has to offer. We had an awesome time this past fall with our motley crew of outdoor preschoolers AND this past summer’s camp eco-explorers, kicking off our pilot programs. Now we are totally pumped for all the possibilities. 2021: more day camps, more preschool days AND more community events like the full moon hikes of Fall 2020

Meet Isaac Elder Madden, the newest member of our farm family. He was born one week ago today, in the comfort of our home, with the help of our amazing midwife @neena_cicirello (she is also a doula for any pregnant mamas out there). Isaac was born en caul - inside his intact water bag - which we didn’t even know was possible, so cool! We have no doubt that he’ll continue to surprise and delight us with unique experiences as he grows.
