Studio in Nazareth Borough is open today 10a-4p. Wishing all a relaxing long weekend. Myron, Mary, Nancy and I are painting special pieces for the craft fair at the Whitfield House next weekend.
For all my wonderful painters. Thanks for being "just a little weird" with me. Let your artistry show.
Teresa did a great job with our front feature table. Stop in to see the new pickup trucks and interchangeable lid loads.
To all our great customers, staff and supporters thank you from the bottom of my heart. You all make a difference for us everyday!
Introducing "W.A.C.ky Wednesdays" (Wednesday Adults Create). The 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month is an "Adults Only" creative time in our studio for you to simply relax with a simple craft. B.Y.O.B. is permitted (encouraged). Each craft is limited to $15-$19 and designed to be finished in under 2 hours. Each week will be different. So watch this Facebook page and sign-up on our website. First class is Wednesday, June 9th (7-9p) so you can sign-up on the website (www.NazarethCeramicCenter.com/classes). Seating is limited to 8 people.
I follow this group on FB and have done several of their classes. Including this one. If you're inspired make a reservation and we can watch this class virtually to create your version.
Go to our website www.NazarethCeramicCenter.com and hit the contact us button. Or PM me directly. Sign up your Northampton County school, church or non-profit group for our ornament fund-raiser. Kits will include a complete take-home ornament kit. Ten percent of each kit will be donated to the Northampton County group YOU specify on your order. Just us where to send the money. Group Name, contact person, e-mail and phone number through a PM, or on our website.
Even though today is the first of December we marked the changing of the seasons in our ceramic mold pouring room. Today while Teresa was loading Christmas trees in our biggest kiln, Myron and Barbara pulled Easter bunnies, chicks, peeps and woven baskets. We pulled the molds from our Easter section, then we blew off the dust and bound the mold parts together with strong straps. Next week we will add these spring molds to the list of ceramic trees we pour every week all year round.
