Thank you to everyone who has taken tickets to sell or bought tickets. I currently do not have anymore tickets to hand out. I handed out all the tickets. I am going to get another 75 tickets made. If anyone needs tickets still please comment here or message me so I can put you on the list. I will get them mailed out as soon as I can. Hopefully this will be a huge success and we can do great things and will be able to provide some awesome awards for the organization!!

Any member who might want any tickets for the cash bash please let me know ASAP. I only have about 35 left to pass out. Anyone who I gave tickets to or who I am mailing them to, please mail me back the ticket stubs and money as soon as you can. All tickets were mailed today. I have 2 envelopes to mail out tomorrow to the ones I spoke with this afternoon and evening. I really appreciate everyone who took tickets to sell.

I have the tickets for the cash bash. Please let me know how many you can sell or if you would just like one for yourself. My hope is that all members will please try to sell at least 10 tickets. I have 325 tickets printed. Attached is a copy of the ticket. You can even post a picture on your Facebook page for all your friends to purchase. ... Please let me know asap how many you would like. I can either meet you if you're local or mail them to you.

Mark your calendars... We are having a cash bash February 26th at the Armagh Firehall from 5:00-9:00. Doors will open at 4:00. You do not need to be present to win. I will post a picture of them as soon as I get them, which should be in a couple of days. Tickets will be $20. That includes your ticket, all drinks and food. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW MANY YOU WOULD LIKE TO SELL. I can meet up with you or mail the tickets out. ... This is sort of happening a little late and I apologize for that. I had to switch from a night at the races. I appreciate if everyone can try to sell some and buy at least one. I would like to sell 325. Please remember this will help pay for year end awards!!

A check written to NBHA PA01 along with the stubs can be mailed to 184 JR lane Mineral Point PA 15942. There will also be a Chinese auction running during our fundraiser show. Please donate an item to support the district. Thank you!

Here is the updated food donation list for our fundraiser show! Please let me know what you are able to donate, as the concession stand earns a good portion of our money during the show. We can’t have a concession stand, if we don’t have food to sell at it. Thanks guys!!!

Our quilt fundraiser has so far earned the district $775! Please work to get your tickets sold! If you have your tickets sold you can mail a check written to NBHA PA01 to 184 JR Lane, Mineral Point PA 15942. I need the tickets and money back by June 27th. Thank you!

Our next sanctioned shows are June 26th and 27th! Please come support Clyde saddle club on Saturday and NBHA PA01 on Sunday!!

Members! Our fundraiser show is June 27th at Clyde saddle club. We will be running the concession stand during the show. We will need food donations, ring crew and office staff that day. If many members help out then it doesn’t leave a few with all the work. Please post what food item you would like to donate. There will also be a Chinese auction running during the show, please donate an item to support your district. Lastly, I have not received a lot of quilt ticket money ...back. Nor have we received many sponsors. This quilt and this fundraiser show are the backbone of your award money. If they don’t do well, the quality of our awards will suffer greatly. Please work hard to sell your tickets and help out with the fundraiser show!! Thank you all!

Our next sanctioned show is June 12 at Penland Arena! This is a real nice facility with some great ground!

We got all the kitchen items covered! Thank you to all that are donating, I greatly appreciate your efforts! We will also need help with ring crew, office staff, and kitchen staff. Many hands make light work for everyone!
