Some interesting weather in the area yesterday. But, the NC has recovered nicely, flow is average for this time of year, visibility at 2+ feet, and good news, morning water temp down to 63!.

Another 4/10th inch of rain yesterday afternoon has the NC up a few more inches and visibility down to a couple of feet. Water temp this morning at 66, going in the right direction! Reminder that the Kid's Fly Fishing School happening this week and we'll be reserving a small section of stream behind the shop each morning for them. Thanks!

A quick thunderstorm this morning, 3/10th inch of rain. The NC is warm with an AM water temp of 68. The predicted upcoming cooler weather will be welcomed! Otherwise, the NC is at an average level for this time of year and visibility at 2-3 feet.

Some healthy area storms yesterday has the NC up a half foot, little visibility at maybe a foot. Good news is the water temp has come down a bit, 68 as of this morning. If the long term forecast holds up, water temp should continue to improve.

Spurts of rain have the NC up a few inches and visibility at 2 to 3 feet. A moderating trend in the forecast starting in the next few days will hopefully give our trout a breather as this morning's water temp is 70!

The NC was on the rise all day yesterday due to snow melt. This morning, the Neshannock is up a foot and visibility is down to a foot.
