I was recently notified by Waste 360 that I was awarded top 40 under 40. I’m not sure what exactly the criteria was or anything like that but I do know without my kick ass team, the hard work each of them puts in, the results the get and the craziness they deal with any award or success from our company is a team effort. Wrapped up a big project with one of my longest running customers. This pic shows our custom built portable odor control system. We used the sites existing litter fence sections and mounted our odor control system to it. This landfill has new communities being built all around it. The developers and regulatory agencies were all pretty excited by the design and results. The best part about this unit is its ability to allow the site to disconnect different litter fence sections making it easier to move and configure. A huge shout out to my team from our new partners to our existing team members this has been by far the most fun I've had in this industry in 13/14 yrs. #ncmodorcontrol #odorcontrol #trashtograss
