Louisiana Disaster Case Management Program NDC Asset Management is allowing Disaster Case Management to utilize our office space at our satellite corporate office located at 2604 Laurel Ridge Court Lake Charles, LA 70615. Today's #EmployeeSpotlight is Jason Temple! Jason joined NDC Asset Management in 2015, working as a Property Manager for properties in the Pittsburgh region. In 2017, he was hired as a tax credit specialist for LIHTC properties and is responsible for reviewing files and approving move-ins for a portfolio of properties. Jason is a Site Compliance Specialist (SCS), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Voucher Specialist (CVS) and has earned his Compliance Diploma.

Today's #FeaturedProperty is Centre Avenue Housing! With a history book of its own, the former Centre Avenue YMCA, now Centre Avenue Hosusing, has ebmarked on a second chapter of supporting the Pittsburgh community with reasources and housing. This 74-unit, Single Room Occupancy, residential building will inlcude an A to Z renovation creating new apartments, commons areas, and life to the Hill District community. ACTION-Housing

Today's #EmployeeSpotlight is Dennese Hitt! Dennese joined NDC Asset Management in 2010 after working in the banking industry for twenty-nine years. Dennese is responsible for auditing and approving files for move-ins along with reviewing and submitting both Monthly and Annual Reports required by our the State Monitoring Agencies. She also assists our properties in the preparation of State and Federal Reviews plus provides procedural support to the staff at our properties.
