We have 3 Beginner classes each week! Mondays 7:30pm, Tuesdays 5pm & Saturdays 10:30am. Our beginners classes are all 60 minutes and take place in the studio.

New to yoga? Our 6 week series starts on January 18th and is taught by Kate Goodyear. Mondays 7:30-8:30. This is an in-person series, masks must be worn at all times and class size is limited. Check out our website for more information!
