Meet MSG John Paul Karpovich, who has been in the Pennsylvania National Guard for 25 years and is one of IPPS-A’s original Change Champions! As a G1 operations... NCO, he was involved in all the training events and became a subject matter expert (SME) with IPPS-A. MSG Karpovich is a supporter of IPPS-A’s war on paper! People don’t have to turn in paperwork multiple times, because now with IPPS-A, it is online and you digitally sign actions and route them to the next person, he observed. During a unit Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) event last week he was actively assisting users. If somebody had a question related to IPPS-A and needed to know where they can go to find something, I’d help guide them through the steps. The SRP event highlighted the first-ever self-service IPPS-A kiosk to assist with verifying Soldier records. I'm a believer don’t fear change. If you fear change you're going to become extinct!
