We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with friends and family. We want to thank all of our wonderful customers for your continued support throughout the years, and trust in us! We wouldn't be where we are today without you! We are often questioned if we run any "specials." We typically do not have any coupons or discounts that you would find at larger dealerships. We strive to run an honest business daily and keep our prices low overall. We do not sell work that is un...necessary, and we do our best to let you know if advance if we feel a repair is coming up so that you can properly budget for such. It's also wise to remember that you have two months in advance to have your vehicle inspected! You do not have to wait until the last week or day of the month to have this done! This will help you prepare if repairs are necessary & you need to save money to complete those repairs. We are more than happy to perform a pre-inspection of your vehicle as well to assist in preparation. These pre-inspections can be done at any point throughout the year (if doing this for State Inspection it needs to be within the proper time frame for safety purposes), or if you are looking to purchase a new/used vehicle. Please keep in mind when scheduling that we are booking at least a week in advance. This includes oil changes and simple routine maintenance as well. Mechanical Tip: Now is the time of year where your Tire pressure light likes to shine bright. The change in temperature will cause this, so make sure to maintain your tire pressure and set it appropriately as per manufacturer specifications. We check all your fluids, air pressure, etc. when performing any service! It’s important to keep your tires at proper levels to avoid tire wear, and even to help your gas mileage. If you are using an air pump such as those at WaWa or any gas station, you may not know that their meters average 4psi off from what the air pressure actually is. It’s an excellent idea to carry a tire pressure gauge of your own in your glove box (they are the size of a pen or smaller!) It can help save a lot of frustration and lack of understanding to have your own small tool to help guide you properly! If you are completely lost we are here to help guide you. Have a wonderful week and remember just as important as preparation for upcoming holidays, maintenance of your vehicle is just as important, especially if you are planning on traveling to visit friends or family. We know the school year is rapidly approaching as well as last vacation trips for the summer. Make sure to schedule in advance with us. Since it's been quite some time since our last post, we want to update & remind you of some of our company policies & safety reminders {We're not meaning to sound overfly stuffy or firm, but we do NOT settle for an unsafe environment for our customers and staff. We ask that you help us to assure this at all times} SHOP SAFETY... Now that the weather is warmer the bay doors may be open at times. We ask that at NO point in time is it acceptable for anyone to enter the shop through the bay doors. The office door is the only acceptable entrance. This is not only a shop policy, it is a strict insurance regulation. If for any reason you need to enter the shop for us to show you something in regard to your vehicle we will personally assist you in doing so. In conjunction with the aforementioned, we ask that you also not walk in front of the bay doors. We strive to provide the safest environment for our customers and staff at all times. We make sure the bay is clear before entering or exiting with a vehicle, however a pedestrian in the way of a bay is an extreme safety hazard. DROP OFF & PICK UP OF VEHICLE We ask that drop offs without an appointment are for emergencies ONLY. An example of such is a no-brainer condition, loss of brakes, etc. If you simply ran out of inspection this is not an acceptable reason and you will be asked to bring your car back when we can schedule an appointment. You have TWO months prior to the expiration date on your safety & emissions sticker to have your vehicle inspected. For example: if your sticker reads 08/17 you have anywhere from June 1, 2017 though August to have it inspected and still receive a valid 08 sticker. Please keep this in mind to assure you do not run out of inspection. We kindly ask you pick your vehicle up the same day we have finished repairs and notified you. If you know in advance or at any point that you cannot get it the same day please let us know so we can make arrangements for parking for customers scheduled the following day. Please do not park your vehicle in front of the bay doors. This is a safety hazard. If you are unable to walk from our parking spots to the office we have a handicap spot easily accessible to the right of the office door. DOCUMENTS By law we are unable to inspect your vehicle without a VALID registration and insurance documents. We will not dig through a vehicle to find information so we ask that you leave them on the front seat, hand them to us in person, leave them in an envelope with your keys during after hour drop off. We are aware that many individuals have their insurance information on their phone. Please let us know this or write down the information for us. We will be asking to see it to verify that it is indeed valid

Summer's here and the kids are almost out of school, which means your vehicles will be replacing the big yellow bus for daily transportation. Now is the time to make sure your vehicle is safe for your family, especially if you have long vacations ahead. Please keep in mind we are generally scheduling a week to two in advance. Just as you want to make sure you have enough snacks, games, cell phone chargers, etc for car rides - you also need to make sure your oil is within the proper mileage and doesn't need changed, your tires have an appropriate level of air & tread, your brakes are in good condition, and your air conditioning works 610-323-6959.
