FINAL UPDATE Cumberland County 911 service is fully restored. UPDATE Cumberland County, PA - Department of Public Safety reporting as of 5:15 PM they have tested and are successfully receiving Text-to-911 messages. Visit their facebook page for updates and additional phone numbers. 911 lines are temporarily out of service in Cumberland County. The New Cumberland Police and New Cumberland Fire/EMS Departments are staffed and can be reached at the following telephone numbers... for emergencies and all other calls: Police - (717) 774-0400 Fire/EMS - (717) 774-0193 When service is restored, we will update this post.
