Prayer Gathering "On September 26 a prayer march is being planned in Washington DC. Since it isn't possible for everyone to attend this event, we are holding a similar time of prayer here at our church on the same day, this Saturday Sept 26, at 11:00am. This is not a political event, and is not a protest. It is a time for us to gather as Christians in the midst of hurting, division, fear and uncertainty and pray to God for this nation. It's a time to humble ourselves and seek His help. We would love to have you here for this important prayer gathering!"
We pray for the city of Lancaster. We pray that where there is injustice there will be justice, where there is ignorance there will be understanding, where there is judgment there will be grace, where there is anger there will be love, where there is division there will be unity and where there is violence there will be peace. We lament our imperfections. We lament the tragic loss of life in any circumstance. We acknowledge our need for our creator and his mercy and ask that He sustain and guide us.

Hot Day! - Hot Cars!
We hope you will join us for another outdoor service tomorrow at 10am. The weather looks great; 62 degrees and partly cloudy with a light breeze. Please bring lawn chairs, umbrellas, water bottles and anything else you need to make yourself comfortable. Folding chairs will be available if you do not have your own. Please cluster chairs together in family groups and maintain distancing from others. The church restrooms will be open. We encourage you if possible, while inside the building, to wear a mask as a courtesy to others. There will be an offering box available since it will not be collected during the service. A hand-sanitizing station will also be available. Remember everyone has a different level of comfort in public settings right now, so please respect the feelings of others as you interact.
