Opening in October, The Bayou Chicken Shack next to New Orleans Cafe in Chichester. We are going to have the best fried chicken with great sides. We are in the development stages with menus and recipes. It exciting to have a project thats a little different from Noc.

In the fall when we expand we might offer cooking classes
