Big News; We are moving. As of November 2016 we will be at 34 North River St. Plains. Many changes will be happening; wellness and health will be #1. We will have monthly informative talks. Wow great weekend. Went to a seminar on how to treat gluten intolerance. Yes people can be helped, and even eat gluten if treeated properly.

I will be offering adrenal testing and testing for heavy metals...Why is this so important. 95% of us suffer from Adrenal fatigue which leads to further health problems.
