Thanks to New Voices for #ReproJustice and #GivingTuesday Give Back campaign supporters like you, fewer Black women, femmes, girls and folx in Pennsylvania and Ohio have had to make a choice between diapers or food. Fewer have been caught in impossible situations as they struggle through economic and health disasters. But there are many more who still need our help through our #NewVoicesCOVID19 Community Relief Initiative. New Voices gave out $40,000 in cash grants of $250 ea...ch, supported with basic necessities like diapers & menstrual products for 775+ families and delivered gifts to 35 families during our Holiday Toy Drive! We set up free a laundry day in Cleveland with SistaTalk during which we also gave out free diapers and baby formula and hosted a Wash-a-Thon in Pittsburgh.
