Women and Weights- Tuesday June 1 - Tuesday June 22 at 8am, $55 Women and Weights is a beginner to intermediate program that teaches weight lifting technique utilizing strength training equipment. Build n' Burn- Thursday June 3 - Thursday June 24 at 8am, $50 ***zoom option also available for B n' B*** Build and Burn will help you improve cardio, strength and endurance while burning stubborn body fat. Healthier version of PF Chang Lettuce Wraps Lettuce Wraps are a quick and healthy alternative to sandwiches! This delicious recipe serves four: 1 head lettuce... 1 diced carrot 2 cloves minced garlic 1 tbs fresh grated ginger 1 diced bell pepper 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions 1/2 cup chicken broth 2 tbs truvia brown sugar 2 tbs olive oil 1 tbs cornstarch 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 2 lb ground meat (turkey or chicken) Sriracha sauce 1. Brown the meat in a saucepan with olive oil. 2. Add the garlic, ginger, pepper, and carrot. Cook about five minutes. 3. While that's cooking, prepare the broth in a bowl by whisking together the chicken broth, cornstarch, truvia brown sugar, and soy sauce. 4. Stir the broth into the meat and veggie mixture and cook a few more minutes. 5. Take off the heat, and add in the scallions. 6. Spoon the mixture onto lettuce leaves. 7. For an extra dose of flavor, add some hot sauce or sriracha on top, then enjoy!
