Happy to say that, for the most art, I am winding down my practice to specialize in Strategic Planning and Development for Nonprofits. Over the years, it seems that , for the vast majority of the disfunction I was hired to correct, the first logical step was to embark on a Strategic Planning Process. I will spend most of my time working with my SCORE clients, and giving back to the Marching Arts organizations like those that molded my youth.
