2019 was a very special year! A huge thank you to our realtor partners, clients, family and friends. Thank you so much for believing in what we do. I am so fortunate to be surrounded by the best team on the planet, at home and at work. Without them none of it is possible. I always say the foundation of any successful business starts with three things: The people, the process and the product. 1. The people that I get to work with every day are nothing short of amazing. They... work day and night to make sure the job gets done and do it with a smile on their face. 2. The process we have in place is predictable, reliable and efficient. As amazing as our process is, it doesn't mean a thing without the right people to run it. 3. Then there is the product. I could go on all day about having access to any program out there, offering the best rates, superb service, etc. Yes, all those things are true, but you can have the best product in the world and without the right process to execute or the right people to push it, the product is nothing. With all of that said, because of the amazing people who execute the reliable process THAT is what makes the IMG product second to none. For that, I am so proud. The Federal Reserve announced they are tapering another $10 billion starting in February to $65 billion... chump change right?? They also stated that economic activity has picked up and continue to see improvement in the labor market. That's 2 Fed releases and two announcements of tapering. Will this become a trend every month until it's over in the fall? We shall see!
