Little Jayliel's funeral is over. Now I have to thank some real heroes: Ruby's Floral Factory, Allentown, donated a flower spray with autism awareness theme ( Keith Royal ); Cedar Hill Memorial Park (Amanda), for donating a concrete outer burial container and grave open/close, and someone who donated three family graves; Patricia Quinn (www.finalfarewell.org) donated the metal child's casket; Bill Meyer Services (Bill Meyer Jr.) offered free transfer of Jayliel to the funeral... home; Calvary Temple (Pastor Ray Rickets and staff) donated use of their facility and offered dinner to the family afterward; My wonderful staff, Bob Burns, Genny Perez, Stephanie Ramsay, Ann Freyman, Bob Gallo, all worked without compensation for the services; Jaindl Properties, 1519 Hamilton St., offering gifts and financial assistance; Best Western Lehigh Valley Hotel & Conference Center (Michelle Vangelo) for offering bereavement luncheon; The Morning Call and WFMZ News for fair and compassionate reporting; Allentown Police and Mayor's office for this opportunity and thier support. Forgive me if I missed anybody, but also everyone else who called from across the country offering their cemetery spaces and whatever help they could, you are all deeply appreciated. ~Nicos See more
