If you are planning to visit PH DuBois West, please be aware of upcoming parking changes due to construction.

Avoiding SIDS or SUIDS (Sudden Unexpected Infant Death) may be as simple as not allowing your baby to get overheated while they sleep. Keep the room temperature comfortable, approximately 70 degrees F. Dress baby in a sleep blanket. Do not cover with extra blankets.

Remember, tummy to play - and (on your) back to sleep.
