This deal was so extra special. If anybody followed Derry news the last few months they would’ve seen a tragic housefire that consumed the lives of four sweet animals. Thankfully the homeowners got out. Sam was able to turn her devastation into absolute elation today as she closed on her new home. It was a bittersweet moment, but she is so full of joy and pride, and I could not be more proud of her! I love you, baby doll.
