Ellie Vartic Critical Systems Technician - NASA Neutral Buoyancy Lab Ellie will be joining us as she presents on the incredible experiences she has had while working for the NASA Neutral Buoyancy Lab (NBL). In her position, Ellie plays a key role in ensuring astronauts have all the tools needed to train for space missions in the zero gravity environment of the NBL, the largest indoor pool in the world! One month ago, we had the privilege of hosting Dr. Sylvia Earle, a pioneer in marine biology and ocean conservation. After the public presentation, a reception was held that allowed Penn State researchers to learn more about this living legend...there were also a few surprise visitors
