This is Keanu. His mom brought him in as an emergency to Quakertown Veterinary clinic. His urethra was blocked and this is a potentially fatal condition if not treated. His family had limited funds and so reached out to No Kill Lehigh Valley. We were able to guarantee partial payment and Keanu has been unblocked - and neutered. Now we need help raising funds to cover his care. Our treasury is very low. If you can contribute, please use the button on this page or PayPal or send a check to NKLV PO BOX 4272 Bethlehem, Pa. 18018. Animals like Keanu depend on us to be there for them. Please help us to keep helping them.

These little kittens were in need of veterinary care. Their mom could not afford it and she reached out to us. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we were able to have them seen and treated. Their mom sent us a heartfelt message and gave us permission to publish it. When we help animals we also help the people who love them. This is a text from a woman we helped with sick kittens. We cherish you! Because of you, I can breathe better. I don't think you understand what... youve done for us. How much it means. I suffer from suicidal ideation, and have failed 2 attempts. What you've done has given me hope. You make me love life, again. Given me the will to fight for the animals, and myself! Please know how special you are to us- to the World! And, we will never forget you! Thank you to all of you who make this work possible. Please donate.

Meet Murphy. He is just 13 weeks old and very sick. He is anemic and lethargic. His mom has been out of work for a year due to COVID. She brought him to Quakertown Vet Hospital and they contacted us for help with what will be a significant bill. There is no definite diagnosis yet. His vomiting is now controlled and he seems stable at the moment. He will probably need a blood transfusion. Everyone wants desperately to help this puppy. We need your help to pay for his care. Please use the donate button on this page or use PayPal or send a check to NKLV PO BOX 4272 Bethlehem Pa. 18018. We really want to do everything we can to help this little guy pull through. Thank you for your support.

Just want you to see some of the animals we have helped recently. Mackie, the German Shepherd, is an 8 month old puppy who came down with Parvo, a potentially fatal virus. His family was very limited financially and reached out to us for help. Mackie is now recovered and doing well at home.Momma Ginger and her kittens were rescued by a Good Samaritan. At the time of their rescue, they were all sick with distemper, a potentially fatal virus, especially in kittens. We agreed t...o help with the cost of their care. Two kittens didn’t make it, but the rest are doing great! Without the financial support from No Kill Lehigh Valley these animals could not have received the care they desperately needed. Your donations have enabled us to save them and many others. Because of all the help we have extended recently, our bank account is down to $406.00. This means that we will be unable to help the next animal who needs us. We really hate saying no to desperate families. So, we have to ask again for your support. If you can donate, please use the button on this post or PayPal or send a check to NKLV PO BOX 4272 Bethlehem, Pa. 18018. Any amount is appreciated and all money goes to direct animal care. All donations are tax deductible. Also, don’t forget our basket raffle! Also, if you are an Amazon Prime user, consider making us your charity. Every time you make a purchase we will receive a donation from Amazon. It doesn’t cost you anything and It helps us to save lives. Can’t beat that. Please stay safe! Thank you so much to everyone who has helped us make these happy endings! See more

Update on Stella. She has recovered and is doing fine!!!! Thank you to everyone who donated for her. Just received word that she needs a second transfusion. Meet Stella.... She is a 9 month old Aussie Shepherd. She was a happy healthy puppy - until she suddenly collapsed while playing in her yard. She was rushed to Quakertown Vet Clinic where she was seen by the emergency team. When she arrived she was recumbent, with a temperature of 98 and white gums. She was bleeding internally for no identifiable reason. Surgery was considered. However, the doctors concluded that this was anaphylaxis shock resulting in hemorrhaging of blood into the abdomen. She was treated with a blood transfusion, supportive fluids and steroids. The following morning she was standing up and wagging her tail. She is still not out of the woods, but the doctors are optimistic. She will need to stay in the hospital a little longer. Her mom has $300 to put to her bill. She has a child with medical problems and money is very tight. If you can help Stella and her family, please use the button on this page or PayPal or send a check to NKLV PO BOX 4272 Bethlehem, Pa. 18018. See more

Copper didn’t always have it easy being locked in a cage most his life. He is now searching for his forever home. Aprox 5 Yrs old, fully vetted. He is a complete love bug, loves belly rubs & being held despite being wronged by humans. Copper would do best as an only cat as he doesn’t seem pleased with the resident cats he’s with. If you have it in your heart to open your home to him or know someone who would be a good fit please call/text Amy @ 484-546-1209... He deserves the best, please share and let’s get this boy a home of his own See more
