Residents of North Catasauqua! On Thursday 2/4, Friday 2/5, and Saturday 2/6 our road crews will be continuing snow removal operations. During these days there ...will be several streets that are closed or have limited access. These streets will have road closure signs posted as well as barricades in place. Please do not ignore these signs or barricades and do not drive around them and utilize the road that is closed, as this will create traffic pattern and safety issues. The following streets will have snow removal operations on the above stated dates. Front St., Second St., Third St., Fourth St., Chapel St. and Arch St. Each of these streets will have properly posted signs stating which day the street is to be closed and the times that the street will be closed. All vehicle are to be moved on the mentioned streets on the above listed days by 7AM. Please do not park on these streets until the road crew or police remove the street closure signs. Please be aware that if your vehicle is not moved, it will be ticketed and towed at the owners expense. We thank everyone for their patience and assistance with this process.

ATTENTION!!!! Our borough road crew will be starting the process of removing snow Wednesday 2/3, Thursday 2/4 and Friday 2/5. You will notice on designated ...streets there are posted signs restricting parking for certain days during specific times. Please obey these signs as we do not want to delay the road crew from removing snow for any of our residents and vehicles traveling on our roadways. There will also be several streets that will be temporarily closed for short periods of time where the snow piles are excessive or road crew machinery is in use. We would like to remind our residents of our new Medication Drop Box, that is located at the Borough Building. The drop box is open to the residents at any time..., and is placed near the front door outside. This drop box is for any and all medication that you may not want, do not use anymore or just do not feel safe having at your residence. You may drop off medication either in its original container, or you may put several medications, and or containers in a zip lock bag and place it into the box. This is completely confidential, as there are no questions asked. No personal information has to be given when discarding unused and unwanted medication into the drop box. If you are unable to come to the Borough Building and would like to discard medication, please contact the Lehigh County Non-Emergency # (610)-437-5252, and an officer will make arrangements to come to your residence and take possession of the medication. We ask that you discard any and all medication the correct way as it is safe, but also protects and saves lives. See more

Though this year will be different.....the N. Catasauqua Recreation Committee would like to invite you out on Sunday November 29th from 6-7:30pm to say hello to Santa & Mrs. Clause. Photos can be taken. There will be no refreshments served. There will be a mailbox for your child to leave his/her Christmas list for Santa!! CDC GUIDELINES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!! If you cannot wear a mask, please stay home. MASKS ARE REQUIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If you are n...ot feeling well, please stay home. The Recreation Committee will be accepting non perishable food items and toiletries for the Catasauqua Food Bank.

Just a reminder to our community. We are hosting our Food Drive tomorrow on Saturday 11/21 at the North Catasauqua Park located at; 701 Grove St. from 10am - 2p...m. We are hoping for a good turn out from our residents and the community to help support this great event. As, most of our residents are cleanin...g up the falling leaves this time of the year, we wanted you to have these tips from Northampton County Public Works. Also when cleaning up your property and piling leaves, please do so as close to the curb line as possible, as this makes the task of leaf collection easier on our North Catasauqua Road Crew. Would just like to remind members of our community that we are hosting the First Annual "Fill a Police Trunk" Food Drive on Nov. 21, 2020. We are looking forwar...d to a great turn out for this event, and we know that our community will come together to benefit an event to help others during this holiday. We are asking for help and assistance from our residents in identifying families in our borough who may need help this holiday season. Please refer to the attached flyers on how to help with this event and how to share information on any family who is need this year. Happy Halloween Everyone! We would like to welcome all of our residents to the North Catasauqua Park on 10/31/2020 @ 5pm for our 1st Annual Trunk & Treat Event!... Come out and have a Halloween Time with our Police Department and Borough Staff. Candy bags and Treats for the kids, and a great time for everyone to enjoy this night together! Our Police Officers and Borough Staff will be on location from 5pm-8pm handing out candy bags and treats. We will be having fun with our borough families and kids that are dressed up as their favorite characters. Cant wait to see all the fun and scary costume ideas this year! Hope to See you all out on Halloween Night !!!!
