Dear Friends: If you have tested positive for Covid-19 or suspect that you or a household member has symptoms or exposure, we recommend you call the office for an evaluation. In an effort to be proactive in fighting the Covid-19 virus, we are passing on this recent information from the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance. (FLCCC) This is a group of thought leaders in Critical Care Medicine that have been studying the Covid-19 Crisis since it began. They have been revi...ewing all of the latest medical research to find a strategy that will help us battle this deadly disease. In an effort to be proactive and help prevent serious disease we have decided to adopt these recommendations when treating our patients. At the end of this message there is a link to the FLCCC Alliance to provide you with more information about a regimen that is recommended for anyone wanting to boost their immune system to help prevent contracting the virus as well as to support those who have been exposed or who currently have the disease. These over the counter supplements are recommended and can be purchased on Amazon or at local stores: Vitamin D3 1000-3000IU/day Vitamin C 1000 mg twice a day Quercetin 250 mg/day Zinc 50 mg/day Melatonin 6 mg before bedtime (causes drowsiness) You will also see reference to the medication "Ivermectin." This is an anti-parasitic medication that has been in clinical use for many years. We are not advocating that everyone be on the medication, but are in favor of use in patients infected with or exposed to the virus. https://covid19criticalcare.com//i-mask-protocol-translat/ We encourage all of you to limit contact with those outside your household as much as possible, wear your mask, practice social distancing, wash your hands, and, if you are interested in this proactive step, we do recommend it. Please call the office if you have concerns or questions (814-725-8774). We have set up a video call system to manage those with symptoms. We wish you a safe and healthy holiday season. Dr. Dudzinski, Dr. DeVore, Sarah J. Wick, PA-C

Hello patients and friends! We hope you are well : ) We are here! We are open! We are ready, willing and able to help our patients through these difficult times. Some changes have been implemented in our office due to the Coronavirus and the need to limit exposure.... 1. We have split our scheduled day...well visits in the AM, sick visits in the PM. We find that the amount of patients we see in a day is much lower than usual, and we may close the office after all the appointments are over. Our phone system will still be recording any calls that come through and we will address your issues the following day. If it is after regular business hours, the recording will direct you to call our answering service and either Doc, Dr. DeVore, or Sarah will call you back. 2. You no longer sign in on paper. Let the girls know you have arrived and then you have the option to wait in the waiting room OR go out to your car and we will text you or come to get you to let you know when the nurses are ready for you. 3. If you are due for a well visit of any type, we offer the option to postpone this, or to schedule your appointment in the morning when you will be less likely to encounter other patients who are sick. If you need refills, please call the office. Do not go without your medications. 4. Patients who have symptoms that may indicate Coronavirus are NOT seen in the office. If patients are exhibiting symptoms such as a fever over 100 degrees and a cough, those patients are not scheduled in the office, but may schedule a virtual visit with our Physician Assistant, Sarah Wick, PA-C. For this you need to have access to a computer or a smart phone. Sarah can advise you on over the counter symptom control or recommend a visit to the Emergency Room if your symptoms become extreme or unmanageable at home. **We are just now able to order testing for Coronavirus through Allegheny Health Network for patients who BOTH have symptoms AND have exposure. There is still limited availability of testing at this time. 5. If you have a cough and a fever and need medical care and you do NOT suspect Coronavirus, we will schedule you for a virtual visit as well...just to be safe, we want to keep the coughs and fevers out of the office. 6. And lastly, if you need care for an injury or sickness unrelated to the virus, we are here for you, to help and advise you, to direct you and ease your fears. Please practice social distancing and stay at home as much as possible...and wash wash wash your hands. This too shall pass!

Double layer shelving that slides on a track! 7 shelves on each of 7 sections. 4 in back and 3 in front. Slide to access the shelves in back. These were used to store files but could be used for many different purposes. $200 if you dismantle them $400 if I have to take them down.
