Complaint of ATVs being driven on the roadway. Officer responded and spoke to the offenders, they advised they ride to the retention pond where they have permission to ride. Officer explained the law and they agreed to push the ATVs to the retention pond next time.

Just a reminder: Trick or Treat night will be Saturday October 31, 2020 6PM-8PM for all three of our municipalities, East Manchester Township, Manchester Borough, and Mount Wolf Borough. If your house is handing out candy, please turn an outside light on. If you do not want to participate this year, please keep your light off. We recommend masks and social distancing when trick or treating.
