On Friday, December 11, 2020, likely after 11:00AM, the Philadelphia Historical Commission will hold a final vote for historic designation of St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church in Northern Liberties. This site was the center of the Slovak immigrant community throughout much of the 20th century,... containing the only purpose-built Slovak school in Philadelphia.
