The North Pocono Trails Association announces April’s Volunteers of the Month, David Rudat and Connor Mann. Both young men, who have volunteered numerous day working on the community trails, are students at North Pocono High School. Most recently, Connor and David helped excavate for the concrete pads and helped assemble and install the new benches at the Roaring Brook Grove. Then, in a following weekend, they along with their fathers and others, improved the embankment... at the twin bridges in Fern Valley for better access for mountain bikers and hikers. Congratulations to both young men for this honor and for helping make the trails such a wonderful community assist.

The North Pocono Trails Association along with all those who enjoy the beauty of the trails, wish to thank Babes in the Woods and the Pandemic Peddlers for the support of our trail system. The Babes in the Woods sponsor the Sandy Beach area and the Peddlers sponsor a yet to be named grove on the Roaring Brook which is used for camping and accessing the water.
