Self-inquiry is a spiritually induced form of wintertime. It’s not about looking for a right answer so much as stripping away and letting you see ... what is not necessary, what you can do without, what you are without your leaves. In human beings, we do not call these leaves. We call them ideas, concepts, attachments, and conditioning. All of this forms your identity. Wouldn’t it be terrible if the trees outside identified themselves by their leaves? These are very flimsy things to be attached to. Adyashanti

Sorry for the last-minute notice, but despite my best intentions I have to cancel this morning‘s classes. I have been up all night with some sort of a stomach bug. Feeling . Disappointed. I’ll post next weeks classes later today.

We believe in the importance of yoga, pranayama, meditation and all fitness outlets, as well as self care are ESSENTIAL in the preservation & optimization of health and wellness, and keeping the immune system strong and are confident in our ability to operate safely following logical safety and cleanliness protocols. The yoga studio has doubled in size- plenty of room to space out and, full disclosure- masks are OPTIONAL, not required as I dont believe you can practice yoga i...f your breath is compromised, and they suppress your immune system. If our mindset resonates with you please join us. If not, I still wish you an abundance of peace & health. There are many fabulous virtual classes and streaming outlets. I believe in our sovereign right to CHOOSE. We believe that we are doing more service to our community if we remain available for you to continue your practices, healthy lifestyle habits and massage which in the end, according to science, are among the best lines of defense against ALL forms of dis-ease. Now & Zen Yoga will remain OPEN for the sake of our loyal Yogis and massage clients who, too, believe in this. We thank our patrons for their ongoing support and respect the right of every citizen of this commonwealth to make the best decisions for themselves and their families.
