Curious??? Those that have bought a home before...what's something you wish you knew about the home buying process?

Congratulations Curtis & Meghann Yesterday I was able to hand the keys over to these first time home buyers. They are so sweet and kind and just welcomed their first child a couple months ago. They now have the perfect house to have a family in, I know this because this was my grandma’s house. It was extremely bittersweet!!! Thank you grandma for letting me help you and thanks to Curt and Meghann for trusting me with one of the biggest investments of your life. Congratulations

What a fantastic year 2020 was!! (say what??) Despite the pandemic, I was able to: help 9 sellers sell their home 16 buyers purchase their home help 9 first time home buyers ... participated in a Vision Walk for a client Became a Certified Mentor did more than 2.3 MILLION in production All this is was completely done by myself, no team, no office, no one feeding me leads, this was all me! I am so proud of that. I was extremely blessed with the best clients this year, really!! I made so many friendships throughout the year, it was crazy. I absolutely love this job, love what I do, who I meet and who I get to help, it's awesome! I thank ALL of you for sharing my post and spreading the word. 2020 was CrAzY....can't wait to see what 2021 has in store!

CLOSING DAY Meet my buyers Greg & Stephanie Greg & Stephanie have been on the hunt for their perfect home for quite a while now (I’m talking a long while!!) We submitted several different offers for multiple homes but for one reason or another, they always missed out until this fall!!! They fell in love with this home, got an accepted offer, went through the whole entire process and then just days before closing their lender said no because of a tiny discrepancy that was not their fault at all. So they persevered, got a new lender (David with Tidewater Mortgage), began the whole process over AGAIN! Your lender matters...it really does!! But today....today they got their keys to their home!!!! Congratulations Guys, I am sooooo happy for you Special thanks to David Demmer from Tidewater for helping them out!!!
