The ideal candidate for this position will have prior residential maintenance experience including but not limited to light carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and appliance repair. We require a valid PA driver’s license and reliable and insured transportation for daily duties and on-call rotation. Guaranteed on-call bonus applies!
